Internships

Rotman Commerce students don’t just learn business—they practice it. 90% of graduates complete at least one internship during their degree*. These opportunities span finance, consulting, technology, consumer goods, and more, giving students the chance to explore industries, apply classroom learning, and build professional networks.

Through partnerships with over 560 employers worldwide, access to 1:1 career coaching with 8  RC Career Advisors, and a comprehensive range  of career education workshops, programs, and employer events, students have secured roles at leading firms such as McKinsey, Apple, EY, Microsoft, TD, Bain & Company, Amazon, and many others. These experiences often lead directly to full-time offers, as 47% of employed graduates have secured employment with organizations where they previously interned*, helping our graduates achieve a 93% employment rate within nine months of graduation*.

*Employment data is from the Rotman Commerce Class of 2024 and is included in the latest employment report.
