As a Rotman Commerce student, you’re studying at a top business school and pursuing a rigorous curriculum that prepares you to succeed. The Career Services team can help you develop tools and skills that will help you make the most of your education.  

Our team of career educators work with you from the very start of your BCom studies. If you don’t have a clear career path in mind, we can help you gain direction by identifying the values, skills and aspirations that can illuminate your choices. Career educators can take you through this exploration process and help you identify potential career options. If you already have a career aspiration, we can help you get there with resumé and cover letter assistance, job seeking and networking tips, interview prep and industry-specific technical skills training.

On the employer side, our relationship managers engage with companies and organizations around the world who are looking to hire early-career business students and graduates. These employers regularly host information sessions and site visits where you can learn more about available opportunities or get insider knowledge about the company or business sector to help narrow your career choices. We also post job and internship positions, which you can find on the RC portal. Check it regularly for new opportunities!
