Dedicated Rotman Commerce Career Services Team
Rotman Commerce Career Services provides undergraduate students with services and essential resources that will enable you to explore career opportunities, and to successfully transition from school to career.
Our diverse team of professionals with an extensive background in industry and career services are committed to working directly with you.
Our Career Coaching and Education Team helps students explore and refine their career aspirations while partnering with them to meet their individual career needs and our Corporate Relations Team helps companies connect with student talent that fits their needs.
Personalized Career Education and Coaching
Throughout your undergraduate program, you’ll be invited to meet one-on-one with a dedicated Career Educator.
In these meetings, you can discuss your career goals and ambitions and your Career Educator will assist you with a job search strategy and chart your course to professional success.
In addition to one-on-one coaching, Rotman Commerce Career Services offers students drop-in hours every Friday and access to an exclusive Career Peer Advisor program.
Customized Career Programs
Succeeding in today’s job market requires that you put your best foot forward at all times.
Our Career Services team holds regular workshops on the building blocks of career success – resumé and cover-letter writing, interviewing skills, effective networking, and telling your unique story.
We also make sure that you have access to some of the more technical requirements of the marketplace, like mastering Microsoft Excel and building financial models, by partnering with professional training firms to offer state-of-the-art instruction.
Employer Connections
Our corporate partners play an integral role in the Rotman Commerce student experience. We’re always seeking new and innovative ways to engage employers in our program activities.
We work with individual employers to develop on-campus recruitment strategies (information sessions, job postings, and interviews), participate in guest speaker opportunities, networking events, mentorship and site visits.
Our team is dedicated to ensuring Rotman Commerce students have access to the best employers at a national and international level.
