The largest program of its kind at U of T, our year-long alumni mentorship program matches over 200 students with alumni mentors who support them in career and academic planning. 

Alumni Student Events

Rotman Commerce Career Services regularly bring in alumni from a variety of industries to help students hone their career skills, particularly with respect to interviewing and networking. 

Many grads also come back to campus to work with our student organizations as alumni advisors, guest speakers, panelists, and workshop leaders on our many student-run conferences. We also hold a number of formal and informal speaking events, such as our Leadership in Business speaker series and our Alumni Coffee Breaks, that allow alumni from a variety of industries and professions to share their business knowledge and career advice with our students.
