The University of Toronto, its Colleges, and its Faculties award over 4,400 admission scholarships and over 5,900 in-course scholarships every year.<\/p>\n

You will be automatically considered for a number of admission awards when you apply to the University. However, several awards also require you to complete the University of Toronto Awards Profile<\/a>, and\/or a separate application. You may set up an Awards Profile on the JOIN U of T portal once you’ve completed your application to the University.\u00a0Explore entrance awards specific to Rotman Commerce<\/a>, as well as all the scholarships that U of T has to offer<\/a>.<\/p>\n

U of T International Scholar Award<\/h2>\n

The University of Toronto International Scholar Award is awarded to incoming international students upon registration in Rotman Commerce on the basis of merit and at the discretion of the program. The award is valued at $100,000 over four years of study: $40,000 upon admission and $20,000 renewable in years 2, 3, and 4 if you maintain eligibility. These international scholarships are contingent on full-time registration at the Rotman Commerce and are not transferable to other campuses or faculties. Rotman Commerce International Merit Admission Award<\/h2>\n

The Rotman Commerce International Merit Admission Award is offered upon admissions to selected International students on the basis of merit. Students are automatically considered for this award valued up to $50,000 over 4 years of study: up to $20,000 in the first year and renewable for $10,000 in the second, third and fourth years. International Financial Aid Application<\/h2>\n

The Faculty of Arts & Science has a limited number of admission scholarships available to international undergraduate applicants who have financial need. These are selected based on academic achievement as well as financial need demonstrated through the International Financial Aid\u00a0Application, available to all international applicants through the\u00a0JOIN U of T Portal<\/a>. Canadian applicants (living in Canada or abroad) should not complete the International Financial Aid Application, as they are eligible for the\u00a0University of Toronto Advanced Planning for Students Program (UTAPS<\/a>)\u00a0and other\u00a0governmentally administered financial aid programs<\/a>. International Financial Aid Application decisions will be issued in April. Please note that scholarships and bursaries rarely cover the full cost of tuition and living expenses.<\/p>\n

We also recommend that you investigate scholarship or award opportunities in your own community. Some workplaces have scholarships for the children of employees, while many companies and community organizations offer application-based awards for which you may be eligible.<\/p>\n

In-course scholarships<\/h2>\n

Students who excel in their academic course work may qualify for in-program scholarships. These scholarships are generally awarded by the University or by a Faculty or College, and are based on academic proficiency or achievements in particular areas.<\/p>\n

The award is given to members of the winning team of the Boardroom Case Competition upon admission to Rotman Commerce at the University of Toronto. Winners will be awarded a total of $2,500 each towards their first year of study in Rotman Commerce.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
