Graduation is an exciting but sometimes confusing time! Please review all of the sections on this webpage to ensure you understand what steps you need to take to graduate.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

To ensure that you are on track to meet all your program and degree requirements by the end of your last semester, please log in to Degree Explorer (DEx)<\/a>. Ensure that in the DE Result column, each row says either \u201cComplete\u201d or \u201cPending\u201d.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

If you see \u201cIncomplete\u201d on your Degree Explorer, please book a 1-1 Academic Advising appointment <\/a>with an RC Academic Advisor.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

You must request graduation on Acorn by clicking on the \u201cGraduation & Convocation\u201d button on the lefthand side. If you are eligible to graduate, you will be able to submit your request. Please refer to the dates on the Faculty of Arts and Science webpage<\/a> for when you can submit your request.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

If you are attending a June convocation ceremony, you will need to select if you want to attend the Rotman Commerce ceremony or your College\u2019s ceremony. You cannot attend both. Ensure that you select the ceremony you want to attend correctly.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

If you are attending a November convocation ceremony, you will graduate with your College. Rotman College does not have a ceremony in November.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

All U of T students who want to be included in either the Rotman Commerce or their College\u2019s class composite (photo of all graduating students that are typically hung in the Colleges and Rotman Commerce) must get their photos taken with Lassman Studios<\/a>.  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

\n

To be included in the Rotman Commerce composite: <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

\n

1. Visit http:\/\/www.lassmanstudios.com\/dcs_sched\/<\/strong><\/a> 
 
2. Enter tcm25 <\/strong>in the “school ID” to access the schedules <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

\n

These photo sessions are typically held in the fall with additional sittings in January and February for re-shoots and for students who miss the first ones. Keep an eye on your email and the RC Ready for information on photo shoot arrangements.  Graduating students are under no obligation to take photos with Lassman Studios, but will not be included in the class composite if they decide to have photos taken by a different studio.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
