We&#8217;re looking forward to getting to know you, growing with you and helping you build the best future you can \u2013 academically, professionally and socially.<\/p>\n<p>Our program is diverse, engaging, challenging and full of possibilities that we hope you will take advantage of. While your first year of study will be devoted to gaining a foundation in management and other disciplines, in your second year, you will get the opportunity to specialize in one of our three core\u00a0specialists\u00a0programs: Accounting, Finance\u00a0&amp;\u00a0Economics, or Management. Your third and fourth years will then be devoted to developing expertise in your chosen field.<\/p>\n<p>Students who participate in the non-academic areas of Rotman Commerce life tend to get more out of the program than those who don\u2019t, so we encourage you to get involved!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our <a href=\"https:\/\/rotmancommerce.utoronto.ca\/current-students\/rotman-commerce-student-groups\/\">student organizations<\/a> offer amazing opportunities for you to gain and practice vital leadership and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Our <a href=\"https:\/\/rotmancommerce.utoronto.ca\/current-students\/rotman-commerce-career-services\/\">Career Services<\/a> team has career coaches and relationship managers who can work with you to map out your career journey \u2013 and help you take the steps towards building a satisfying career.<\/li>\n<li>There are dozens of conferences, competitions and social events offered by our student life team, student groups and <a href=\"https:\/\/rotmancommerce.utoronto.ca\/current-students\/rc-houses\/\">House Committees<\/a> that will help you make new friends and build your professional and personal networks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you ever find yourself in need of support, <a href=\"mailto:rotmancommerce.info@utoronto.ca\">get in touch<\/a>\u00a0with any member of our staff.
