Addressing the sustainable consumption challenge is perhaps today\u2019s most consequential business imperative. But it is also a great opportunity for future product innovation and design. The course introduces the 3-triangle framework 3TF\u00a9 for product design thinking which leverages the sustainable consumption challenge for profitable product design. The framework provides a template for product design and marketing strategy through an understanding of the underlying causes, constraints, and solutions for the sustainability problem. We will analyze the causes of sustainability traps in various markets \u2013 termed the \u201cDevil\u2019s Triangle\u201d and its implications for product design and marketing strategy.
