Exercising, eating well, and maintaining meaningful connections can be hard when you\u202fhave to\u202fbalance that with going to class, studying, and completing your assignments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>We get it, and we want to help.\u202fTake some time to review the resources below and use them \u2014 whenever and wherever you are.\u202fWhether you are feeling energized and ready for school, or stressed, anxious, and\u202funwell, there are\u202fa number of\u202fresources for you, and a lot of people who want to help.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions about the resources below or just need href=\"https:\/\/www.studentlife.utoronto.ca\/hwc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Health &amp; Wellness at the University of Toronto<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0to offer students dedicated counselling services.\u00a0Rotman Commerce students can make an appointment to speak to Eric, RC&#8217;s dedicated counsellor, by contacting Health &amp; Wellness at\u00a0416-978-8030.\u00a0 When making an appointment, students should inform\u00a0Health &amp; Wellness that they are a Rotman Commerce student.\u00a0 Additionally, students who identify as Black, Indigenous and\/or Persons of Colour (BIPOC) can access <a href=\"https:\/\/studentlife.utoronto.ca\/task\/counselling-services-for-bipoc-students\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">counselling services specifically
