When entering your final year of studies, don’t miss out on your next steps to ensure a successful graduation. The Faculty of Arts & Science website has information on the following:

Graduation photos
Every year, Rotman Commerce works with Lassman Studios (School ID : tcm24) to schedule graduation pictures. These photo sessions are typically held in the fall with additional sittings in January and February for re-shoots and for students who miss the first ones. Keep an eye on your email and the RC Ready for information on photo shoot arrangements. Graduating students are under no obligation to take photos with Lassman Studios, but will not be included in the class composite if they decide to have photos taken by a different studio.
Convocation ceremony
Graduating from your program culminates in attending the Convocation ceremony after your final term. Learn more about confirming your attendance, obtaining tickets, picking up your diploma if you cannot attend, and so much more by visiting the Office of Convocation website. For the June ceremony, Rotman Commerce students are automatically registered to attend the Rotman Commerce convocation ceremony, but may request to graduate with their college instead (you cannot attend both). For the November ceremony, there is only one option to attend your college’s ceremony. When you register to graduate, you will receive more information about the convocation ceremony a few weeks before the end of your final term, and you’ll also be invited to a special Rotman Commerce reception. Be sure to keep an eye on your email for more information.
