COVID-19 update for Rotman Commerce students | March 13, 2020

Dear students, faculty, and staff,

As you will have seen in the communication from President Gertler, the University of Toronto has decided to cancel all in-person undergraduate and research-stream Masters and Doctoral courses across U of T’s three campuses, and provide that teaching by other means, which may include existing online platforms. This is effective Monday, March 16 and continues through Friday, April 3, 2020.

In line with this decision, the Rotman School of Management and the Faculty of Arts and Science are cancelling all in-person Rotman Commerce classroom teaching and will provide that teaching by other means. In most cases, this will involve delivering teaching through online platforms. This is effective Monday, March 16 and continues through Friday, April 3, 2020.

The University, the Rotman School and the Faculty of Arts and Science all remain open.

Some classes early next week may be postponed, given the short window to prepare changes in delivery. Students, please note that your instructors will communicate with you directly.

This is a difficult situation. We want to thank students, faculty and staff for their commitment to meeting this challenge.
