Via this fund, RSM faculty can apply for supplemental TA hours for initiatives within their courses that target the development of students\u2019 professional skills. While these include interpersonal and communication skills like teamwork, oral and written communication, and intercultural skills, the fund can also support the development of other skills, including enhancements to students\u2019 technical skillsets. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block-wrapper block-wrapper-paragraph\">\n<p>Twice a year, instructors can submit requests for additional TA hours for new or enhanced activities\/assessments that aim to develop students\u2019 professional skills.
