They can support you in developing effective teamwork skills and strategies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block-wrapper block-wrapper-paragraph\">\n<p>Teamwork mentors work at arms-length from course instructors to provide a space for you and your team to discuss communication strategies or troubleshoot conflict. She currently works at VML MAP as an Account Supervisor and looks forward to bringing the insights she\u2019s learned as a student and as a professional, to help make a positive teamwork environment. Experiencing different roles and responsibilities in her current position, Maria has quickly learned the benefits of empathy and communication. While partaking in the RC Houses community as coordinator and mentor, Benjamin also interned at tech companies like Microsoft and Oracle, which helped him land his current job as a consultant at IBM. Through his varied professional and extra-curricular leadership experiences, Benjamin has refined his problem-solving and communication skills, which he plans on employing while working as a teamwork mentor. During his time at Rotman, he served as Captain of the Varsity Mock Trial Team, where he developed his advocacy, leadership, and collaboration skills while mentoring teammates in case analysis and public speaking. Professionally, Anjais gained consulting experience through roles at Global Research and Consulting and iNAGO, working on business strategy and marketing projects for a range of clients.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block-wrapper block-wrapper-paragraph\">\n<p>Anjais plans to pursue law school and a career in the legal field, where he hopes to combine his management background with his passion for advocacy. Throughout her undergraduate career, she was heavily involved in the FLC program, as well as the Woodsworth Tax Clinic. As a former competitor and Co-Captain of the Rotman Commerce Case Competition Team, he gained extensive experience solving complex business challenges and mentoring peers in structured analysis and presentation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block-wrapper block-wrapper-paragraph\">\n<p>Charu\u2019s next step is law school, where he hopes to translate his undergraduate experiences into meaningful advocacy. Currently working as an Events Coordinator Redstone Agency, Grace supports nonprofit organizations across North America. With prior experience in marketing and sales internships at P&amp;G in the UK, adidas in Canada, and NSW Corporation in the USA, as well as case competitions and international exchanges, she brings a global perspective to her work. During her time at U of T, Joey was actively involved in the UofT community as a Learning Experience Assistant, orientation leader, residence council member, and peer mentor. She also supported students and families through the UTSU Tax Clinic, where she enjoyed helping others feel comfortable navigating unfamiliar challenges. From these experiences, Joey learned the value of empathy, adaptability, and open communication in building strong teams. During his undergraduate experience, Mahir gained extensive teamwork skills through case competitions, student organizations, and academic projects. He also has over four years of experience in competitive debate and debate coaching, which strengthened his ability to mentor peers, facilitate group discussions, and guide teams toward effective communication.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"block-wrapper block-wrapper-paragraph\">\n<p>Mahir believes that strong teamwork comes from clear expectations, fair division of responsibilities, and fostering an inclusive environment. He is currently pursuing a law degree from the University of Ottawa and putting what he learned during his time at Rotman to good use. Having been a Residence Don for Woodsworth, a Mentor for RC Houses, and many other roles within UofT, Oscar is no stranger to mentorship and looks forward to helping foster positive team relations. He is currently on the path to earning his CPA designation while working as a Staff Accountant in the Assurance Practice at EY. During his time at Rotman, Sai played a significant role in the FLC program, serving as both a Peer Mentor and Senior Peer Mentor. These experiences provided him with a deep understanding of teamwork dynamics and the importance of clear communication. She\u2019s currently an associate consultant at Capco. Prior to her career, Zimman worked in several fields including sales, marketing, strategy, auditing, and asset management. These experiences allowed her to discover new methodologies on resolving conflicting and making teamwork thrive.
