Career Peer Advisors

Get A Little Help From Your Friends

Our Career Peer Advisor Program is the newest addition to our Career Centre services! Our Career Peer Advisor Team – six Y4 students who have all been through the Rotman Commerce journey – are available to support current students who have questions about their resumes, job search, mock (and real!) interviews, and other career development tools. With an eye to helping Y1 and Y2 students navigate their career exploration, the Peers have been carefully selected and trained to listen to and identify career-related concerns and guide students to the appropriate resources. Each of our Career Peer Advisors has recent and relevant industry experience, having completed internships and secured full-time work upon graduation, all while balancing their academic responsibilities. Take advantage of all they have to offer and drop in to see them at their advising sessions – you’ll be glad you did!
